Detoxification/ Cleansing

When an animal is sick in nature, it naturally fasts.

So, too, when we are sick, we often have little or no appetite.

It is beneficial to allow the body to rest from digestion.

This frees up energy that can go towards healing.

When carrying out any Cleanse/Detox/ Healing process,

Health and wholeness are key, as are meditation (a clear conscience), prayer, connection to the Divine, Breath-work & Self-love.

To detox, increase energy by decreasing the inner body's laboring through constant physical digestion.

Shift focus in order to receive nourishment from channels that were previously blocked, while physically flushing toxicity.

Rather than see this map as a linear list, use it as a general guide on how to enter and exist cleanses smoothly and safely. 

For minor issues, consider having nutrient-dense fresh, organic, light meals with liquids. For intense detoxification, consider strong herbal tea.

Exercising is recommended, however when fasting, take care to take deep filtered/nose breaths and to not move yourself too aggressively when transitioning from laying down > sitting > movement in order to avoid feeling lightheaded.
